Kuwait Airways – the latest member! - Thursday, November 4th, 2010

The National carrier of Kuwait, Kuwait Airways started in 1954.

Currently rebuilding the fleet, the airline comprises three A320-200s, three A310-300s, five A300-605Rs, four A340-300s and two Boeing B777s, a total of 17 aircraft.

Kuwait Airways is re-establishing its network to reach more than 46 countries around the globe with a firm commitment to safety and providing the finest service and comfort to passengers.

Manager, Engineering Training, Majdi Al Shuraian wrote, “ We are delighted to join the EAMTC. We look forward to sharing ideas and information in the vital arena of aircraft maintenance personnel training”.

Oxford Aviation Academy launches its newly refurbished Gatwick training centre - Wednesday, November 3rd, 2010

Oxford Aviation Academy has officially launched its newly refurbished London Gatwick Training Centre. Steven Eyre, OAA Ground Training Manager said, “Whilst the centre is superbly equipped for flight crew training it is also an excellent venue for maintenance training for our customers”.
