i3M in European AIRVET project - Thursday, March 27th, 2014
With concern over the future supply of trained, qualified personnel for the industry, EAMTC member, i3M has announced that they are participating in AIRVET, a European project focused on “Vocational & Educational Training” for the aeronautical field.
With the project now launched, the first phase includes the collection and analysis of industry data. The outline of the project can be seen here.

Operantis at the Paris Elearning Expo - Thursday, March 13th, 2014
EAMTC member, Operantis will again be at the Elearning Expo / Serious Games exhibition on 18th, 19th and 20th March 2014. This major exhibition is in Paris, Porte de Versailles.
Operantis will be showing demonstrations of their latest 3D Real Time immersive environment training solutions.
Jacques-André Dupuy, Operantis’ Director, told the EAMTC, “ We look forward to welcoming everyone at our booth at the Pavilion 5 (stand E54)”.
GR 1006 Attitude and Behaviour – Published - Saturday, March 8th, 2014
With its final document being unanimously accepted at the 60th EAMTC meeting in Latresne, the EAMTC has published its Guidelines and Recommendations 1006 on Attitude and Behaviour. Anneke Nabben, the WG President, said, “We had an excellent group of experts for this project. We are delighted with the outcome”.
60th Meeting Success - Friday, March 7th, 2014
With a wealth of topics covered including forthcoming regulatory changes, Safety Management Systems, Training Needs Analysis implementation, the latest maintenance trends and the training devices to handle them, the meeting was a great success.
