Charter
The Articles of Association is a document under Dutch Law and can only be changed by a Notary Public in the Netherlands. The Charter is a document that gives all details of how the EAMTC works and may be changed by vote of the General Assembly. The Charter is supplemented by a small number of procedures or by-laws, as permitted by the Charter. All by-laws are approved by majority vote of the General Assembly (i.e. the Membership). The by-laws are located in the members area of the website.
