Finnair and MINT are proudly announcing the go-live of the MINT Training and Resource Management System (MINT TRMS) at Finnair. MINT TRMS was implemented as replacement of the legacy planning tools that were in use at Finnair Group until now and which were completely shut down today.

“MINT TRMS has proven to be the ideal replacement for our previous planning tools, which were in many ways not capable to fulfill our increasing training volume and complex training requirements”, says Marianne Hämäläinen, Manager, Crew Training Planning at Finnair. “We were looking for the most powerful and in the same time flexible training and resource management solution available on the market and the decision to entrust to the services and the people at MINT definitely was the correct decision”, she adds.

MINT TRMS allows customers to optimize their training workflows and speed up the planning process with its outstanding scheduling capabilities. This unique platform helps airlines and training centers all over the globe to significantly enhance their efficiency and the day to day life of all crews and instructors with the instant online access to their training schedules, electronic forms, learning material and other training related data in the integrated and multifunctional web portal.

The agreement with Finnair includes the complete MINT TRMS solution for training scheduling, record management, e-grading, in-depth reporting and analysis capabilities, as well the integration to the Jeppesen Crew Rostering system used by Finnair.
