ACK’s Aviation program is committed to the education and skills development of students interested in becoming engineers of the future in the aircraft maintenance industry.
Fully equipped back-shops, hydraulic and avionic test benches and a functioning Boeing 737-200 aircraft allow students to use tools and test equipment in a real maintenance environment. ACK provides students with the knowledge, skills and attitude to gain entry into the aircraft maintenance engineering field.
ACK’s Aviation department is approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in Kuwait and is also accredited with European Aviation Safety Authority (EASA) Part 147 approval. This international recognition allows the committed student to progress towards a license that is accepted all over the world.
Mr. Abdullah Al-Sharhan, the Chairman of the College’s Board of Trustees said, “Our Aviation Department collaborates closely with industry and joining the EAMTC expands this connection for us. We are very pleased to be members of this important industry body.”
